AllToolio is a set of free browser tools. The service itself does not collect any personal data: there are no accounts, forms that store data, analytics or first-party cookies. This policy explains how personal data is processed when you use https://alltoolio.com. It is not legal advice.

1. Data controller and contact

2. What we do not collect

AllToolio itself does not collect personal data. There are no user accounts, no forms that store data, no analytics and no first-party cookies. The tools process files and text locally in your browser; nothing you enter is sent to our servers.

3. Data stored on your device

The site uses browser localStorage only for settings and tool data. These values stay on your device and are never transmitted to us. The keys are:

• alltoolio-lang — your chosen interface language.
• alltoolio-theme — your chosen light or dark theme.
• alltoolio-csv — table data (headers and rows) from the Excel/CSV tool.
• alltoolio-flashcards-v2 — flashcard decks created in the flashcards tool.

To delete this data, clear site data for https://alltoolio.com in your browser settings.

4. Advertising: Google AdSense

This site uses Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and identifiers to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites; ads may be personalised.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, consent for personalised advertising is collected by a Google-certified consent management platform using the Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF v2.2). Without consent, ads are non-personalised or limited.

5. Hosting: Cloudflare

The site is hosted via Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical logs (such as IP address and user agent) to provide content and protect the service. This processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Personalised advertising is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

6. Email contact

If you contact us by email, we use the data you provide only to respond to your message. We do not use it for marketing.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict the processing of, object to the processing of and receive a portable copy of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time.

You can manage ad consent at any time with the “Privacy settings” button in the footer. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland or another competent supervisory authority.

8. Retention and changes

Data you store locally remains on your device until you clear it. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to respond. We may update this policy; the date above shows the last update.
